Hare Krishna in Aarhus
In Aarhus there are 15-20 devotees who regularly have various arrangements, such as study groups, kirtan and mantra singing, lectures, Sunday Feasts, morning meditations, and courses.
It is a joint project where everyone participates and contributes with whatever they can, while at the same time being open to anyone who wishes to participate.
If you, like us, are convinced that life is more than money and prestige, feel free to participate in our programs – sing, eat, or meditate with us, or become more acquainted with eastern wisdom.

Sunday Feasts
We invite everyone to fulfilling and inspiring festivities. Check events for exact dates.
Bhakti-Vriksa group
We have a group of likeminded people who meet regularly to immerse themselves in philosophy and mantra-singing
Mantra-singing
We have regular gatherings where we submerge ourselves in the spiritual sound vibration of the Krishna mantra accompanied by traditional Indian instruments.
Morning meditation
Occasionally, on weekdays, we have morning meditation with mantra-singing, lecture, and breakfast
Courses
The Krishna House regularly give courses in topics like Bhagavad-gita, mantra-singing, traditional instruments, like mrdanga, kartals, and harmonium.
Lectures
We regularly present various Danish and international speakers.
Excursions to festivals
We arrange trips to Belgium, Germany, Sweden, and other countries. Usually this is extended Weekends or entire weeks during the Summer holidays.
Ratha Yatra parade
Once a year we have Ratha Yatra parade, usually along the pedestrian street “strøget”.
Retreats
We have various retreats during the year, usually in a Summer house in Mols.
